Most dealers are fully set up in under an hour. Add your inventory, customize your site colors and logo, connect your Facebook page, and you're live. We handle the technical stuff — hosting, SSL, domain setup, and more.

Do I need any technical skills?

Not at all. BedSync is designed for mattress dealers, not web developers. Everything is point-and-click. If you can use Facebook, you can use BedSync.

How does the automated Facebook posting work?

Connect your Facebook business page, and BedSync will automatically create and schedule posts featuring your inventory — complete with images, pricing, and compelling descriptions. Posts are generated using AI so they're always fresh and engaging.

What are the QR codes for?

BedSync generates a unique QR code for every mattress in your inventory. Print them and place them in your showroom. When customers scan the code, they see detailed product info, pricing, reviews, and can request a quote — even when your sales team is busy.

What does the AI SMS Agent do?

The AI SMS Agent is an optional add-on that automatically responds to customer text messages using AI. It can answer questions about your inventory, schedule appointments, and capture leads — 24/7, even when you're closed.

Can I manage multiple locations?

Yes. BedSync supports multi-location dealers. Each additional location is just $29/month. You can manage all locations from a single dashboard with separate inventory, delivery routes, and reporting per location.

Does BedSync help with delivery management?

Yes. You can schedule deliveries, plan routes, track delivery status, and send customers automated notifications. Your delivery team gets a clean mobile view with turn-by-turn directions.

How much does BedSync cost?

Plans start at $79/month for Core, $149/month for Pro, and $299/month for Platinum. There's a one-time $9 signup fee. No contracts — month to month, cancel anytime. See our pricing page for details on what's included in each plan.

Are there any setup fees or contracts?

No setup fees beyond the $9 signup. No contracts. You pay month-to-month and can cancel anytime. We believe our platform should earn your business every month.

Can I change my plan later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard under Account Settings. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Your payment information is securely processed and never stored on our servers.

What happens if I cancel?

If you cancel, your account remains active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your site goes offline but your data is preserved for 90 days in case you want to reactivate.

Do I get my own website URL?

Yes. Every dealer gets a free subdomain (e.g., yourstore.bed-sync.com). You can also connect your own custom domain at no extra cost — we handle the SSL certificate and DNS setup for you.

Is my data secure?

Yes. BedSync uses industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS), secure authentication, and your data is hosted on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure. We never share or sell your data.

What browsers are supported?

BedSync works on all modern browsers — Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. The admin dashboard and dealer websites are fully responsive and work great on mobile devices too.

Can I import my existing inventory?

Yes. You can add inventory manually, import from a spreadsheet (CSV), or connect directly to supported manufacturers for automatic inventory sync. We also support Shopify inventory import.
